How to impress your top-tier candidates
Here’s a cost-effective way to make a good first impression when you’re interviewing candidates: As they arrive, have your receptionist give each candidate a small box of chocolates or bag of mints along with a handwritten card that thanks them for coming in and says you’re looking forward to the meeting.
The gift will reinforce the company’s interest and help put candidates at ease for the interview.
